Position Summary
OnPath Credit Union has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Retail to join their executive team. This position will oversee the credit union’s sales and service initiatives, the branch network, all member interactions through digital channels, and retail products. This leader will drive growth and profitability by ensuring member-facing staff are knowledgeable and friendly and provide outstanding personalized service. The Senior Vice President of Retail will lead a team of professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help develop and execute strategies that deliver exceptional value to OnPath’s membership and enhance the credit union’s market position. A Bachelor's degree and seven years of leadership experience in a financial institution are required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Founded in 1961 on the grounds of Avondale Shipyards, Inc., and starting out as ASI Federal Credit Union was established to serve blue-collar workers. Today, OnPath CU’s membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in the greater New Orleans area, as well as in 11 other nearby cities, or employees of one of their 600+ SEG program businesses or their relatives. OnPath has grown to include over 84,000 members and has assets totaling over $1 billion.
