Position Summary
Achieva Credit Union has an outstanding opportunity for an innovative leader to guide and manage the strategic direction of the credit union. With assets exceeding $2.8 billion, the Board is in search of a President/CEO who can foster continued growth while maintaining the credit union’s strong culture and financial standing within its communities. This role involves providing strategic direction, vision, and leadership while managing daily operations and ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator at all organizational levels, offering guidance and direction for all activities. A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. Additionally, a minimum of ten years of management experience in a credit union or financial institution, along with extensive knowledge of operations, policies, and procedures, is essential

Achieva Credit Union was established over 80 years ago on Florida’s central west coast with just $99.25 by seven Pinellas County teachers. Originally serving only educators, Achieva expanded in 1985 to become a community-chartered credit union for all of Pinellas County.
