Chief Financial Officer
Position Summary
Calhoun Liberty Credit Union is seeking a talented individual to join the team as Chief Financial Officer. In collaboration with the CEO, the CFO will oversee all finance and accounting functions within the credit union. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and motivational skills, demonstrate the ability to build and lead teams, and drive organizational change while fostering consensus. This role will also play a critical part in the credit union's CDFI Grant Program, so experience with CDFIs is required. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a CPA or MBA preferred. Additionally, a minimum of five years’ executive experience in the credit union or retail banking industry is necessary.
