Position Summary

Gesa Credit Union seeks an experienced individual to join its executive leadership team as Vice President of Marketing.  This position collaborates with all departments to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns, manage brand positioning and presence, and enhance the member experience.   In this role, the VP of Marketing will develop and execute the Credit Union’s marketing and communication strategies, as well as use member data and metrics to grow the membership and increase product penetration. As a member of Gesa’s leadership team, this individual will support the culture, mission, vision, and values of the organization. A bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of progressive leadership experience leading the marketing function within a heavily regulated industry, extensive knowledge of digital and mobile delivery channels, and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) are required. Candidates with credit union, banking, and/or financial services experience will receive priority consideration.

The Tri-Cities area is an exciting and growing area of Washington State.
