Position Summary

1st MidAmerica Credit Union is looking for a dedicated and experienced Vice President of Information Technology to join their team. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this position will have the overall responsibility of maintaining the security and stability of the credit union’s networks, servers, applicable operating systems, and communication links.  Other duties include supporting and managing the staff and resources that support office automation, PCs, end-user equipment, network, and systems security.  The ideal candidate must have interpersonal skills to foster sound relationships, an ability to discuss technical issues, and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.  A bachelor’s degree or achievement of formal certifications, with five (5) to eight (8) years of similar of related experience.
