Position Summary

KEMBA Indianapolis Credit Union is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer. The selected candidate will collaborate with the Board of Directors to lead and direct all credit union plans, directives, and activities. The CEO will bring strategic direction, vision, and leadership to the Credit Union, ensuring financial stability and member satisfaction by building positive relationships with the field of membership, maintaining compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, and prioritizing the best interests of members, employees, and the Credit Union. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five to seven years of executive leadership experience in a financial institution are required. Credit union experience highly preferred.
