Position Summary

Due to the upcoming retirement of its current leader, US Federal Credit Union is looking for a seasoned industry executive to assume the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. This candidate will work with the Board of Directors and lead the executive team to grow the organization through innovation and a member-centric approach to banking. The incoming CEO will build upon the organization’s success by growing the membership, providing quality products and services, and ensuring the Credit Union’s financial health. The ideal candidate will have an appetite for growth, respect for regulatory compliance, and a dedication to ensuring the organization’s long-term success. A bachelor’s degree is required, and a CPA or MBA is preferred. At least ten years of executive experience within the credit union or retail banking industry is required.
