Chief Financial Officer

Position Summary

Community First Credit Union is seeking a dynamic, forward thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills with a demonstrated record of success leading accounting and finance operations. This role requires a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to make sound financial decisions, passion for innovation and continuous improvement and the ability to forecast and adapt to changing business needs and opportunities. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, preferably in credit union or banking industry.
