Senior Vice President of Technology

Position Summary

Community First Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Vice President of Technology to join their executive team. This role will manage all aspects of the organization's technology infrastructure, including network design, hardware management, artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives, the Technology Service Desk, desktop systems, and the Business Intelligence function. Other responsibilities include ensuring that the IT infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Additionally, this position drives the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and foster innovation and excellence in technology services.  The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing complex IT infrastructures, encompassing network design, hardware management, AI systems, and software deployment. Additionally, they must possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including cybersecurity, financial compliance, and data protection frameworks such as GDPR and SOX. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a financial institution, is required.
